Receive a quote and timeline.
If your project is a fit, you’ll receive a quote including a flat design fee + estimated materials and labour.
Note: If major changes are made after work begins, the final price may increase by up to 25%.
Secure your commission.
For large or complex pieces, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before we begin.
For smaller commissions under $1000, we ask for payment in full upfront.
We create your piece.
You'll receive a progress update partway through. Each piece is completed with intention, by hand, or in collaboration with trusted partners.
Completion & delivery.
Once your custom piece is finished and fully paid, we ship it beautifully packaged — ready for the next chapter of your story.
Local pickup is also available in the Danforth & Greenwood area, Toronto.
